  • Website: www.instamojo.com or the related mobile application

3. Merchant's Rights

  • Contact you regarding your transaction

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide:

  • Accurate personal details (name, phone, email, address, etc.)
  • Correct payment information
  • Any information needed to complete your transaction

You are responsible for ensuring all information is true and up to date.

5. Prohibited Actions

You must NOT:

  • Scrape, copy, or collect data from the Platform without permission
  • Use the Platform for unauthorized commercial use
  • Hack, reverse engineer, or bypass security

Violation may result in suspension or legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

If you receive a defective product or service, your only remedy is to request a refund as per our refund policy.
